Inclement Weather Policy

We care about the safety of our patients, providers and staff and realize on occasion the weather could cause dangerous travel conditions. The Pain Rehabilitation Group will make decision to delay opening or close for the day typically by 7am. 

Inclement weather notices will be posted on:

KFDX Channel 3 (TV and website)

If you are unable to make your appointment due to weather, and our clinic is not closed please contact our office as soon as possible. 

If we have "delayed" opening.  All patients scheduled prior to opening time will be contacted by our office to reschedule their appointments.   

When there is a chance for inclement weather, please contact our office prior to expected inclement weather so arrangements can be made to refill medication. If your appointment is cancelled due to inclement weather, our staff will contact you to reschedule.

Medication refills will not be processed or addressed until it is safe for our staff to return to clinic.   It is not necessary to leave multiple messages or requests.
